Cost of Treatment
In most cases, we secure fixed prices for treatment. In this way you are assured that the cost of the procedure will not increase once you are in the process of being treated. The treatment cost will include our service fee. We cannot guarantee that a fixed price will be available in all cases due to different factors. The factors that can influence the cost of a procedure or determine whether a fixed priced package is available include:
· General health of the patient and whether they have underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, cardiac conditions etc.
· If the operation is a revision of a previous procedure e.g. hernia, varicose vein.
· The fees of the consultant, anaesthetist and hospital selected.
· The number of consultations and follow up visits to the hospital.
· Type of prosthesis used - this can be influenced by age, consultant preference and other factors.

Payment for Treatment
80% of the full cost of treatment with commission and service charge and must be made prior to admittance in the hospital/ Visit to a Specialist or Consultant. To facilitate and to keep a record of Clients that undergo medical treatment in public & private hospitals through Trusted Hands Services; cost of Treatment and Service Charge are paid directly to Trusted Hands Services. Trusted Hands Services will in turn settle all hospital bills / invoices incurred by Client.
Refund
If after payment, the treatment was not carried out due to unforeseen circumstances, Full cost of treatment and commission is refunded but the Service charge will not be refunded.
It takes up to 5- 15 working days to make a refund. Sometimes it could take up to 5 weeks due to hospital bureaucracy.
